Hey! I’m Suzie Foger, the voice behind PopCo. I’m a parenting coach, school counselor, and mom who has spend years working with children from infancy through middle school - and just as importantly, working with the parents raising them. And here’s what I’ve learned. Most parents aren’t doing it wrong. There just too overwhelmed trying to figure out how to do it right.

That’s where I come in.

With dual masters in Child Life and School Counseling, a BA in Psychology from University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and Certifications in Sleep Consulting and Positive Discipline I come to this work with years of experience and passion. I’ve supported children in classrooms, led social-emotional learning programs, worked closely with families, and helped parents navigate everything from everyday power struggles to bigger behavior challenges.

But here’s the thing, PopCo is not about throwing strategies at you.

It’s about helping you understand what is actually happening in the moment - so that you can respond in a way that feels calm, intentional and aligned with the kind of parent you want to be.

My approach is simple:

• Less overthinking

• Less reacting.

• More clarity

• More intention

Because when you understand your child - and yourself- parenting gets a whole lot simpler. Not perfect, but clearer. And that changes everything.
